Pikachu is a Mouse Pokémon standing 1'4" tall and weighing 13 lbs. It carries two attacks: Recharge, which lets you search your deck for a Lightning Energy card and attach it to Pikachu, and Thunderbolt, a powerful 50-damage attack that requires discarding all Energy cards attached to Pikachu.
