Magikarp Lv.10 is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with just 30 HP, and it lives up to its legendary reputation as the world's weakest Pokémon. The card carries two moves: Sea Spray — flip a coin until you get tails; for each heads, draw a card — and Splash, which deals a mere 10 damage for one Water Energy. Its flavor text, printed on the card front, sums it up perfectly: "It is said to be the world's weakest Pokémon, but no one knows why it has managed to survive."
