Lugia is the Diving Pokémon, numbered 249 in the Pokédex. Standing 17'1" tall and weighing 476.2 lbs, it is said to be the guardian of the seas. It is rumored to have been seen on the night of a storm. In battle, Lugia commands 130 HP and wields two powerful attacks: Aero Ball, which deals 20 damage for each Energy attached to both Active Pokémon, and Deep Crush, a devastating 160-damage move that leaves Lugia unable to attack the following turn. With a Lightning weakness (×2), Fighting resistance (−30), and a two-Energy retreat cost, Lugia is a formidable force in any deck.
