This is the G-Prize (G賞) Seraphim Mini Figure from the Ichiban Kuji One Piece "Mirai Shima Egghead" lottery series, produced by Bandai Spirits. The figure depicts a large, hulking Seraphim character in a grey gi with a dark belt, one hand raised in a commanding open-palm gesture and the other balled into a fist — faithfully capturing the imposing presence of the Seraphim unit from the Egghead Island arc.
