This is Pikachu from the 2000 Pokémon Neo Genesis set, card 70/111. Known as the Mouse Pokémon, this Basic Lightning-type comes in at 1'4" and 13 lbs with 50 HP. The card features a dynamic illustration by Naoyo Kimura depicting Pikachu surrounded by crackling lightning bolts. It carries two attacks: Quick Attack (10+ damage — flip a coin; heads adds 20 more) and Agility (20 damage — flip a coin; heads prevents all effects of attacks, including damage, during your opponent's next turn).
